The module Documents is the Conclude Platform’s central document repository and hence your control centre for all project-specific documents, plans, drawings and models. Thanks to the customisable structure you will easily keep the overview of all files. What’s more: here, you can conveniently manage the inventory data of complete networks of more than 1,000 branches. The documents can be downloaded and forwarded at any time to ensure an efficient workflow and a quick exchange of information. And the integrated distribution board immediately tells you who received a certain document.

Automatic conversion, online editing and commenting

When saving a file in a common format on the platform, a PDF copy is created automatically. Thus, the documents can be viewed and commented without genuine software. Furthermore, Office formats can be edited online.

Additional feature: during the automatic PDF conversion, a word index is created for all parties involved to quickly and easily access documents via the full-text search. And with the text recognition software activated, you can also search scanned documents such as invoices.
