Creating, amending and managing minutes
Minutes of construction meetings are essential for project management. On the web-based Conclude Platform, we established an extra interface where you can not only create and manage protocols, but where agendas and finished meeting minutes can be automatically sent to the participants, tasks automatically assigned to those responsible, and protocols updated and agreed upon. The protocols can be converted into PDF files and automatically saved in the Documents module. Additionally, the meeting minutes can be accessed easily using the practical full-text search or via Tasks.
